How do I place an order?

When you have chosen your particular product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed with checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the "Go to Checkout" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Personal checks, and Postal money orders.

Can I fax or mail my order?

How do I sign up for an account?

Please follow these procedures to sign up for an account:

  • Click on either “My Account” or “Log in” and you will be directed to the "Log in" page.
  • Input all necessary information and press “Submit” to create an account. Please note that all the information followed by a "*" is required information. Please verify that all the information you input is correct before you click the submit button.

What if I lost the password on my account?

Please do the following steps to get your password from your email address:

  • Click on either “My Account” or “Log in” and you will be directed to the "Log in" page.
  • Click on “Forgot your password?”
  • In "Forgotten Password" page, please input your email address registered in our website and then click “Submit”. System will generate a new password and send it to your email address.
  • Log in your account using this password and then change your password to what you can easily remember in "My Account" page.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours after you place it. Delivery time is around 2-3 days for Expedited shipping. Please note, the delivery time is out of our control and depends entirely on the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier to find out their committed delivery time.

How can I know the current processing status?

  • Click on either “My Account” or “Log in” and you will be directed to the "Log in" page.
  • Sign in using your registered email address and password. You will be directed to “My Account” page.
  • Your status could be in the following status:
  • Processing: Your order is being processed.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
  • On Hold: There may be something wrong with your order. We may have contacted you regarding this. Please check your email and assist us to finish your order.
