Shipping Policy

Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours, but it may take longer during busy season.

For United States domestic shipment we offer:
1. Super Saver Expedited Shipping – Flat rate of $1.99
2. USPS Express mail – rate depends on your shipping location, it's automatically calculated during checkout process

For international shipment we offer:
1. USPS Priority Mail International – Rate depends on your shipping location, it's automatically calculated during checkout process. We also ship via FedEx\UPS\DHL.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures that can take up to 6-8 weeks. USadvancedhealthcare.com is not responsible for any customs fees for international sales. If customs fees are charged in your country, those fees are to be paid by you.

Wrong Address Problems

If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

Return Policy

Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service at info@usadvancedhealthcare.com within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please include your full name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. In return, we will issue an Return Authorization (RA) number which is valid for 15 business days from the date of the issue. A return without an RA number will not be accepted.
No returns after 15 days from DELIVERY DATE.

Returns for refund

1. Item must be in original carton with all accessories included.
2. All clearance items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
3. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Buyes are responsible for shipping/insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
6. Do not use goods package as a return package. Under no circumstances, damaged original box is not accepted.
7. The RA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package.


Return for repair

1 Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. Make sure you have enough insurance coverage.
2 USadvancedhealthcare.com is not responsible for items returned to us damaged through the course of its shipment.
3 Repaired Merchandise will be considered abandoned if no contact with the customer can be made within 5 days of receipt. At that time, the abandoned merchandise will become the property of us.
4 The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package.
